DMCA Policy for Netsyen – Protecting Creative Designs

At Netsyen, we are committed to respecting intellectual property rights and complying with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). As a platform selling unique printed t-shirts, we understand the importance of protecting original designs and promptly addressing any claims of copyright infringement.

This page outlines our procedures for addressing alleged copyright infringement and provides instructions for copyright holders to submit a proper DMCA notice.

Our Commitment to Copyright Protection

Netsyen respects the creative work of artists, designers, and copyright holders. We aim to ensure that all designs featured on our t-shirts are either original creations by Netsyen or have been properly licensed or authorized for use. We prohibit users from uploading or selling infringing content.
