Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your t-shirt must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in the original packaging.

Please note: Custom or personalized printed t-shirts cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed. If you need to exchange your t-shirt for the same item, contact our customer service team at netsyen@gmail.com

Return Process

1. Contact us at netsyen@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
3. Carefully pack your item and ship it back within 30 days.
